We source organic greens & vegetables from STUBBORN GIRL FARM, Jones Family Farm, Three Villages Cheese, Maw's Farm in Newport, Reese's Farm in Ilion, Bouchard Farms in Little Falls, East Creek Organics and many others. Foraged mushrooms from Forest Found Mushrooms. Meats and Cheeses from Jones Family Farm, Creek's Edge Elk Farm. Other organics, and grains are from the the Community Co-Op in Little Falls.
Our own gardens provide backyard-to-table produce and herbs:: 6 varieties of heirloom tomato, spaghetti squash, cucumber, watermelon radish, heirloom carrots, scallions, garlic, sweet peas, bush . beans, apples, daikon, leaf lettuce, 5 varieties of hot and sweet peppers, zucchini ... we've expanded our herb gardens to include basil, sage, English thyme, marjoram, oregano, apple mint, spearmint, chives, cilantro & sorrel. YUM! Garden-to-Table!
