Chef owned for 30 years, Beardless Castle serves fresh, local & sustainable cuisine. The Castle offers upscale dining on the main floor, a casual bar & grill in The Dungeon, and banquets and weddings in the top floor banquet room.
With seasonally changing menus, the Castle serves all fresh, highly flavored new and old world cuisine with an American flare from ChefOwner Randall Brown. We feature wood grilled meats, seafood and vegetables all grilled over our own cut and seasoned firewood. We regularly offer a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options as well. We source from local farms and growers as well as our own summer gardens with extensive fresh herbs, edible flowers and heirloom produce.
We have an large offering of hard to find craft beers and boutiquer wines with a 125 selection beer list and 300 selection award winning wine list to choose from.
