Chef owned for 30 years, Beardslee Castle offers elegant dining on the main floor, a casual bar & grill in The Dungeon,  and weddings, banquets and special events in the top floor banquet room.

With seasonally changing menus, Chef/Owner Randall Brown serves highly flavored, new and old world cuisine with an American flare.  We feature wood grilled meats, game, seafood and vegetables ... grilled over our own cut and seasoned firewood.  There are a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.   We source from local farms and growers as well as our own summer gardens with extensive fresh herbs, edible flowers and heirloom produce.

 

The Castle offers a rotating offering of 10 beer taps and over 100 highly rated and hard to find boutique craft beers as well as a 300 bottle award winning wine list with a focus on cellared American Cabernet, Syrah, Grenache, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
