Chef owned for 24 years, Beardless Castle serves fresh, local & sustainable cuisine. The Castle offers upscale dining on the main floor, a casual bar & grill in The Dungeon, and banquets and weddings in the top floor banquet room.
With seasonal menus Beardslee serves everything from grilled hand cut meats (steaks, lamb, venison, veal, chicken), to the freshest seafood and creative vegetarian and gluten-free options. The Castle offers 125 selection beer list and 300 selection award winning wine list to choose from.
